Miniatures Painting Blood Bowl Nurgle Conversion part 1 Tempo di lettura: 2 minutiBlood Bowl Nurgle Conversion – Article by Eugenio Larosa Obviously, the Nurgle’s Rotters couldn’t be missing from my collection, and of course, they had to be converted pieces. Ever since their debut in 2402 during the Dead Wood Cup, amidst an unprecedented epidemic, Nurgle’s Rotters have been the most beloved Nurgle team in the game. But why? Because their owner is none other than the great Grandfather Nurgle himself! This divine patronage led them to victory in the Blood Bowl VIII trophy in 2468 and the prestigious Borak’s Choice Award in the same year. Today, despite some recent setbacks, the Rotters are preparing to once again spread their influence through leagues and tournaments worldwide, bringing Nurgle’s blessings to distant and vast lands. The base kit contains the necessary plastic components to assemble 4 Bloaters, 2 Pestigor, and 6 Rotters. As Games Workshop has accustomed us to, the pieces are highly detailed, and the quality of the plastic makes conversion work easier. Before making the modifications, I decided to assemble them to better study the pieces and the modifications that could be made. For the conversions, I used pieces from other Games Workshop kits, particularly from the MAGGOTKIN OF NURGLE set from Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Below you will find some images of the work in progress.
